We offer exchange or store credit only. We do not do refunds unless it is our error. 

All items must be returned within 30 days if you would like to exchange or get store credit.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Pineapple Post, 628 Love Ave., Tifton GA 31794, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we made a mistake we will pay for your item to be returned. You must return the item within 14 days from receiving the label from us. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Carriers make mistakes and we can't be responsible for their errors.
